Sewer Scope in Golden, CO

Bard was incredibly thorough in his inspection of my future home. As a first time buyer, going through the process with him was informative and helped me better understand my future home. I would 100% recommend friends and family members work with Golden Peak for their inspection.

Bard was very easy to work with and got our inspection scheduled immediately. He talked to us after the inspection about what he found and pointed out each thing in the house. He sent the report next day. Thanks for a good experience.

Bard at Golden Peak Inspection was thorough, efficient, and did an amazing job walking us through everything he found in a way that actually made sense to us. He took the time to answer our questions and made the whole process feel easy and informative. We really appreciated his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector!

Bard Nielsen was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. It was reassuring to have this pre inspection made so that we would be aware of any potential issues and have an opportunity to correct them pre listing our home. Our report was favorable and Bard reviewed his findings so we were able to make the rather minor corrections or changes that he suggested. I would work with him again.

Bard was superb. He brought several items to our attention as a result of his inspection that needed repair by the seller including one major item that might have cost us thousands of dollars to repair ourselves. Because of his inspection, we saved those thousands of dollars. Well worth his fee!

I highly recommend Bard and Golden Peak Inspection. The price was reasonable compared to competitors, the report was very thorough, and it was extremely valuable to walk through the findings at the end of his inspection.

We used Bard at Golden Peak Inspection and he was outstanding. We are buying a older fixer-upper built in 1955 and were nervous about making sure it had "good bones" and just needed some love and updates. Bard was very thorough and a HUGE help talking us through what we should start with and what can wait. I would recommend Golden Peak Inspection to anyone and everyone! Thank you Bard!!
