Bard was superb. He brought several items to our attention as a result of his inspection that needed repair by the seller including one major item that might have cost us thousands of dollars to repair ourselves. Because of his inspection, we saved those thousands of dollars. Well worth his fee!

Any question I had, Bard answered with explanation - example, I asked why plywood remnants were stuck to concrete walls of basement and he explained they use plywood forms for construction (I had no idea). But tangible items, he explained what to watch for on radon mitigation system, furnace, where water and gas shutoffs are, and he answered specific questions my insurance agent asked for our policy. Bard was able to identify any problems we might encounter and even discovered a vent that was covered over with roof shingles on the roof.
