Bard inspected a property I'm buying in Centennial. I met him toward the end of the inspection and he debriefed me on his findings (fortunately, the big stuff was all in order and things to fix or watch minor). He was extremely thorough and during our conversation I thought how important and necessary it is for inspectors to know 'whole house everything'. Any question I had, Bard answered with explanation - example, I asked why plywood remnants were stuck to concrete walls of basement and he explained they use plywood forms for construction (I had no idea). But tangible items, he explained what to watch for on radon mitigation system, furnace, where water and gas shutoffs are, and he answered specific questions my insurance agent asked for our policy. We had Bard come out for our home inspection in June. To start, he is an incredibly friendly and personable guy! He's easy to talk to and is more than willing to spend plenty of time answering any questions you might have about the inspection process. He was extremely thorough in his inspection report.
